My background is rooted in theatre lighting. I earned a BFA in Theatre Production from UW: Milwaukee. While in school I began working around town and making connections. Through these connections, my work expanded into concerts and corporate. Since that time, I have had many opportunities for challenging and engaging projects. Some recent notable projects have included Deer District watch parties, Milwaukee Bucks Play off run, and Milwaukee Bucks Championship celebration. I am also the house LD for the Generac Stage during Summerfest in Milwaukee. I have my ETCP Entertainment Electrician and scissor/boom lift certifications as well as my OSHA 10. Last year I became a Journeyman with IATSE Local 18: Milwaukee.

I’m comfortable with being a lighting lead/tech, ME, LD, programmer…I’ve come to terms that I’m not an EDM style programmer but comfortable in corporate and concert settings. When it comes to programming, I prefer MA but I’m proficient with Hog, ETC, and Onyx. When it comes to preproduction I enjoy drafting (I have a Vectorworks license) and generating paperwork. In addition to lighting work, I also do video and LED. Most of my video work has been with graphics and playback. Simple switching such as Analog Way, Roland, and Blackmagic. I’m comfortable with InfiLED, Theatrix, Blizzard, and Absen video walls and Novastar systems.
